How secure is Nick's self storage?
Our storage facility is fenced in with individual customer codes and has security cameras. To further increase the security of your storage unit we recommend using a high quality padlock.
Do I need to buy my own lock for my storage unit?
Yes, we do not provide locks with the rental of a storage unit. Buying a lock is very important to keeping your items safe. We recommend making sure you have at least 2 keys and to buy a high quality padlock.
What do I do if I forget my gate code?
If you rented online with us your personal gate code should be available on your website profile. If you do not have access to our website feel free to give us a call and we can provide you with a temporary gate code for the day.
How much notice do I need to give before moving out of my unit?
Just remember a notice is better than no notice and the earlier the better, generally like to know at least 30 days before you move out. When you move out make sure that the unit is clean and take off your padlock.
Do you accept cash?
We accept cash however we prefer automated billing through the site. If you would like, we also accept payment through the mail.
